We removed the old oak frame and florescent lights, and installed 18 4" pot lights.

 We installed a walk in shower unit with tile on three walls, Glass doors, vanity, toilet, flooring, pot lights, a chrome and cedar fold down seat, and a barn door.

The toilet seal was leaking for a while, This is what we found when we removed the toilet and some flooring.

We removed the rest of the flooring and plywood floor, we replaced the toilet flange, installed new plywood, and put in a new sub floor.

Here we are, with a new vinyl plank floor, and baseboards, the bathroom is ready to go for years to come.


We removed a center wall to make one big room, then we moved the laundry area to the other side of the wall, we re wired, re plumbed, rebuilt the ceilings, installed new floors and painted

We removed the tub, surround, toilet, vanity, and lights, then installed a walk in shower unit with heavy glass doors, new toilet, wall hung vanity, counter top, sink, and faucet. In the second bathroom we installed a round shower with glass doors, wall hung vanity, counter top, sink, and faucet

We Removed the old concrete stairs to find the wall was rotten

Garage door

We took out the 8 1/2 foot garage door, and framed for a 12 foot wide garage door.


This home was built in the 40's, this kitchen was built on site.

We did a complete reno of the kitchen and bathroom, we added a third wall in the kitchen with IKEA cabinets, new counter tops, an island, sink, appliances, back splash, range hood, flooring, plumbing, electrical

We Built a new deck with 16x16 area to sit and a 16x16 area for the hot tub, we built a 30' clear roof over all of it, then incorporated some of the landscaping into it., then we built a new fence

We removed the door frame and centered it, built a small roof over the door, and added the deck

We also built a nice deck out back

Bathroom after: We totally gutted this room, added a new tub, shower surround, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Toilet, Vanity and sink, Lighting, extra cabinets, new exhaust fan, and paint.

We built a new pan-abode roof, walls, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, the finished pictures didn't turn out, but you can get the idea

An inexpensive way to redo the concrete front stairs

The floor was rotted due to a water leak, now repaired with new flooring
